This policy applies to personal information Sierro controls through the services described above. It does not govern independent third-party websites, retailers, payment providers, or services that publish their own privacy policies.

Information you provide
This can include your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing information, account credentials, order details, product model and serial number, proof of purchase or delivery, warranty choices, support messages, survey responses, and content you send to us.
Store and transaction information
We receive order, payment status, fulfillment, return, and fraud-prevention information. Payment card information is generally processed by Shopify or another payment provider rather than stored directly by Sierro.
App and connected-product information
When you use the Sierro app or a connected product, we may collect device identifiers, product and firmware information, battery and charging status, connection status, settings, diagnostic logs, app interactions, outage events, and approximate location or network information when needed for setup or service.
Information collected automatically
We and our providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and similar usage information.

- Provide, fulfill, maintain, and improve Sierro products and services.
- Process orders, payments, shipping, returns, registration, warranties, and support requests.
- Operate app features, estimate runtime, deliver outage and battery alerts, and troubleshoot products.

- Send service, safety, warranty, account, and transactional communications.
- With appropriate choice where required, personalize experiences and communicate about Sierro products, offers, and updates.
- Analyze performance, comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect Sierro, our users, and others.

Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of personal information; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and to limit certain uses of sensitive information. You may also have a right to appeal a decision.
To make a request, email support@sierro.us. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. Sierro will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in the message. We may still send necessary service, order, warranty, safety, or account communications.

Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, supporting products and warranties, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information.
International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Sierro or our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your place of residence.
